They don’t publish the questions in advance. Have your contact details, your child’s diagnosis and date, and the hospital’s name to hand.
Have ready
- Legal custody, guardianship, adoption, or foster-parent documentation is required when the family is enrolling or adding a child for whom legal custody must be established.
After you send
Respond if A Kid Again staff requests additional diagnosis information, then watch for enrollment and Adventure-registration messages. If you have not heard back in two weeks, write and ask whether it arrived.
