What happens next
- The oncology provider completes the current Lodging Referral from the protected provider library.
- The oncology medical team faxes the completed Lodging Referral to Cancer Support Services at 706-736-5142.
- Confirm that the referral was received and wait for their staff to approve dates and placement before traveling.
After your care team sends it
