    Have ready

    • Custody agreement when the child is under the custody of only one parent or guardian.
    • Property Agreement and Liability & Photo Release sent after approval.

    • Confirm the current destination-specific submission email with Danielle (Lewes) or Camille (Myrtle Beach) before sending because the linked PDF lists older staff addresses.

After you send

Wait for eligibility and date approval; return the final Property Agreement and Liability & Photo Release within two weeks of receipt. If you have not heard back by then, write and ask.
