Before you start, check you fit

  • An adult friend or family member must submit the request and photos.
  • At least two unfiltered photos must be emailed separately.

    Have ready

    • At least two current unfiltered reference photos, one close-up and one full-body, emailed to the regional administrator and named for the child.

After you send

If no administrator acknowledgment arrives within 7–10 business days, email the regional administrator to confirm receipt. Respond promptly to volunteer questions so customization is not delayed. If you have not heard back by then, write and ask.
