They don’t publish the questions in advance. Have your contact details, your child’s diagnosis and date, and the hospital’s name to hand.
After you send
The local Early Steps program should contact the family within five days of receiving the referral; follow up if that contact does not occur. If you have not heard back by then, write and ask.
