Before you start, check you fit

  • Your child is 3 or older.
  • Most children in maintenance treatment do not qualify.
  • A child must lack a capable device to receive a Hopecam-provided device, although school-connection help remains available to families with their own technology.

  1. Ask your social worker for their part of the formStart here. This is the part that takes the longest.

    Hopecam needs their part of the form from your social worker. Copy this message, or say it in person at the next visit.

After you send

Watch for a 703/571 call or hopecam.org email. If the Get Connected Bag has not arrived within three weeks, email info@hopecam.org or call 571-504-1856. If you have not heard back by then, write and ask.
