    Julia’s Grace Foundation needs a letter from your doctor. Copy this message, or say it in person at the next visit.

    Have ready

    • Creative response explaining childhood cancer's impact and the applicant's positive impact on others.
    • Required publicity release signed by the applicant and, for a minor, the parent.

  3. Submit it on their websiteSend the letter with your application, or the way they ask.

    • When a scholarship cycle is open, complete the electronic application, attach the creative story and supporting documents, and submit by the announced deadline.

After you send

The 2026 page said winners would be contacted on or around May 1; the 2026 form is closed and no 2027 cycle is announced. If you have not heard back in two weeks, write and ask whether it arrived.
