- Copy of high school transcript.
- Two recommendation letters: one from a teacher or school official and one from a non-school community reference; relatives may not write them.
- Recent clear photograph, 4x6 or larger when possible.
- Signed release of information; a parent or guardian also signs for a minor applicant.
After you send
Recipients are expected to be notified on or about April 29, 2027; selected students must attend the May 11, 2027 award ceremony. If you have not heard back in two weeks, write and ask whether it arrived.
