    • Complete every account-gated application section, funding goal, public profile, and waiver in the Help Me Bounce portal.
    • Enter passwords and bill account references only in the secure portal, never in a preparation packet or narrative.
    • Submit only after the named social worker or medical professional is ready to respond to Spare Key's verification email.

After you send

Monitor phone and writing for a status notice within 72 hours after successful final submission and professional verification. Do not assume a bill will be paid until Spare Key sends approval and payment information. If you have not heard back by then, write and ask.
