- Hospital social-services staff coordinate the request and any approved distribution with TAK Foundation.
- Follow up through the hospital social-services contact because TAK does not publish a family status route.

Ask the same hospital contact to confirm whether TAK accepted the request and how any approved travel or housing expense will be paid.
