    They don’t publish the questions in advance. Have your contact details, your child’s diagnosis and date, and the hospital’s name to hand.

After you send

For a packet, check spam or junk folders if the email does not arrive within 2–3 days; call the National Office for help finding a chapter. If you have not heard back by then, write and ask.
