Eligibility rules
  • Your child lives in Montana and travels for critical health care.
  • The foundation specifically names children with cancer.
  • The foundation's current application describes Montana children ages 0 through 18 and permits one award in an anniversary year, up to four awards in total. The family must submit the request; a social worker can help with a supporting treatment letter but cannot apply in the family's place. The foundation can confirm any income conditions, award amount and hospital restrictions for your request. The foundation estimates an initial response in about five business days and funding in two to three weeks, but an award and its timing are not guaranteed.
