Eligibility rules
- One qualifying limitation is inability to walk 200 feet without resting.
- A physician, physician assistant, advanced practice registered nurse, occupational therapist or physical therapist may certify.

- A free parking placard for a qualifying disability.
- Temporary certification for up to six months.
