A navigator can help sort out which local services might fit your family. This is help finding support, rather than a cash benefit or treatment fund.

Eligibility rules

  • The Family Navigation Network team confirms whether its free services fit your family and whether any intake conditions apply. A referral does not guarantee eligibility for another program.
