A free state care coordinator can help you line up your child’s coverage and services.
Keeping track of coverage, benefits and referrals can become another job during treatment. This program gives you someone to work through those pieces with. It coordinates help rather than paying treatment bills.
Eligibility rules
- The program serves Utah children from birth through age 22.
- The referral materials do not list an income cutoff or require a particular insurance plan. The ISP team confirms whether your child’s needs fit its service. Coordination does not pay cancer-treatment bills.

- A care coordinator at no charge.
- Help navigating Medicaid, CHIP, SSI and other services.

- The coordinator helps identify coverage options and connects you with other services across Utah.
