Angel Flight West arranges free volunteer-pilot flights, selected commercial airline travel, and in some cases volunteer ground transportation for non-emergency medical care across the western United States. A child age 0–18 with B-ALL can qualify when the family is within the 12-state service area and has financial need or another compelling transportation barrier, while the child is medically stable and able to use the available aircraft safely.
