Who can start: Parent Or Guardian, Healthcare Team
- Complete the current guest-family application and required adult background-check process.
- Complete the family portions of the Medical Clearance and Family Referral forms and give them to the oncology team.
- Complete and send the Medical Clearance and Family Referral forms directly to Blue Skies.
- Wait for review-committee selection and event confirmation.
