The details, as published
Your child can attend a free seven-day overnight camp for children who have or have had cancer and their siblings, ages 6–16 as of June 1 before camp. You register the child with cancer and their siblings together, and each needs physician-signed medical clearance. A bereaved sibling can continue only after previously attending or being registered with the child who died. The next announced camp runs June 20–26, 2027.

B-ALL is in scope. B-ALL is a cancer and fits the published patient/survivor scope.
Age
Age 6 to age 16, measured at service date.
- Age is measured as of June 1 before camp.
Treatment status
Active Treatment, Maintenance Treatment, Post Treatment, Survivorship
- Patients may currently have cancer or have had cancer.
- Patients require signed medical clearance from their primary oncologist; siblings require signed clearance from a pediatrician or family physician seen within the last calendar year.
- Patients and siblings should register together; flexibility in the patient's full-week attendance may be discussed with the Camper Recruiter.
- A bereaved sibling may continue only after prior attendance or prior registration with the sibling who had cancer.
- Camp is free to campers.

How to get started
Does a social worker or care team need to start it? No. A required care-team start is not published; the family can use the available route below.
Who can start: Parent Or Guardian
- Open CampDoc, sign in or create an account with an email address, and add each child who will attend.
- Choose Register for a New Session and select the Patient or Sibling application type for each child.
- Ask the patient's primary oncologist or the sibling's pediatrician or family physician to complete and sign the required medical clearance.
- Confirm with camp that the June 20–26, 2027 registration is available, then complete and submit the CampDoc forms for that session.
