Cancer Legal Care gives free legal information and help to Minnesota residents who are cancer patients, survivors or caregivers. Staff and volunteer attorneys help with job rights and disability discrimination, Minnesota Paid Leave, Social Security disability (SSDI and SSI) applications, health and disability insurance appeals, medical bills and billing disputes, and estate planning documents. People start with an online intake form for their issue; interpreters are free. It does not handle immigration, housing, family law, criminal law or litigation.
