Age

Treatment status
Active Treatment, Maintenance Treatment, Relapse Or Recurrence, Post Treatment, Bereavement
- You must be a mother or primary maternal caregiver.
- Priority goes to people living about 45 minutes from Warwick, Rhode Island. Longer travel within the listed states is considered.
- Attend at least eight of the 12 program experiences.
- The first session on September 20, 2026 is mandatory.
- The retreat on August 3–5, 2027 is mandatory, with dates tentative.
- Priority goes to active or maintenance treatment, relapse, treatment completed within two years, or bereavement six months to five years before the cohort. Other circumstances may be considered individually.

You must live in: Rhode Island; Massachusetts; Connecticut.
- The Courageous Moms Collective is open to mothers and maternal caregivers residing in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.
- Priority will be given to applicants who live within approximately 45 minutes of Warwick, Rhode Island, because most sessions and experiences will take place in Warwick or surrounding Rhode Island communities.
