Active Treatment, Post Treatment
- Your child must be in treatment or within six months after treatment.
- Notify Glimmer before missing a scheduled event. An unnotified absence can prevent attendance at the next event.

You must live in: RI, MA, CT.
- You must also live within a 1.5-hour radius of Warwick, Rhode Island.
