Diagnosis

- Cumulative GPA must be at least 2.5 or equivalent, with lower GPAs considered case by case.
- Applicant may not be related to an active Kay's Foundation board member.

You must live in: Delaware (COCAI Region 2); Maryland (COCAI Region 2); Pennsylvania (COCAI Region 2); Virginia (COCAI Region 2); New Jersey (COCAI Region 2).
- Reside in and/or have attended a pediatric oncology camp, in the Childrens Oncology Camping Association - Interational (COCAI) Region 2 (DE, MD, PA, VA, or NJ).
- Either living in one of these states or having attended a pediatric oncology camp in COCAI Region 2 qualifies.
