- If a mortgage payment exceeds $2,000, the $2,000 grant is transmitted by direct deposit to the family's bank account.

Diagnosis
B-ALL is in scope. A child with B-ALL age 18 or younger can meet the critically or chronically ill rule when the published inpatient or full-time professional home-care requirement, partner-hospital restriction, housing, and financial-hardship criteria are also met.

- Ask a social worker at the child's network hospital to check the age, care-duration, housing, prior-grant, and hardship criteria.
- The foundation reviews complete eligible applications in order received and issues an approved grant on the published monthly schedule.
- The social worker may send the family a secure portal link to complete designated sections and upload the current housing documents.
- The social worker registers or signs in to the official portal with a hospital email and starts either the mortgage or rental application.
- The social worker reviews the family-entered sections, supplies the medical or hospital information, and submits the complete application by the monthly deadline.
