Aflac Childhood Cancer Foundation provides My Special Aflac Duck, an interactive comfort companion designed for medical play, emotional communication, and coping during treatment. Children age 3 and older with cancer or a blood disorder may receive it free, and Aflac insurance is not required. Families can use the public online request form, while hospitals and community organizations can distribute ducks or request recurring shipments. Public English- and Spanish-language activities, instructions, videos, and printables support use at home or in clinical settings. The direct request form currently accepts United States shipping addresses, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
