Angel Flight Central

Angel Flight Central arranges free non-emergency air travel for medically and financially qualified people in a ten-state Midwest region. Volunteer-pilot general-aviation flights ordinarily cover 100–900 nautical miles, while limited grant-funded Southwest passes may support medical trips over 900 nautical miles when suitable terminals and inventory are available. Children travel with a guardian, and every request requires appointment verification, a physician release, safety screening, liability forms, ground-transport planning, and a backup plan. AFC also considers case-by-case compassion flights for children going to specialized camps or parents reaching a hospitalized child. The public portal is active, but pilot, aircraft, airline-pass, weather, equipment, mobility, and seat availability are never guaranteed.
