Baller Dream Foundation
Baller Dream Foundation supports people with cancer ages 0–29 through four differently accessed programs. A unified referral form can request case-by-case financial help or personalized dream gifts and experiences, while hospital partners distribute coping, birthday, toy, and creative-diversion items to pediatric and young-adult oncology patients. Enrolled Ballers and their families may also be invited to free community activities outside the hospital. Current public program and portal pages restrict referrals to residents of Alabama, Arizona, California, Nevada, New Jersey, or New York, although the newer 2025 annual report also describes Florida and nationwide reach. Referral source, geography, financial screening, queue capacity, and several benefit limits therefore require confirmation.
