Its Aurora campus is pediatric-focused and can serve oncology, bone-marrow-transplant, CAR-T, organ-transplant, hematology, and other critically ill patients, while the organization also operates a separate adult campus outside the childhood-cancer launch scope. A hospital social worker contacts Family Support, and approved families are placed according to medical urgency and housing availability; there is no public application. During an approved stay, families may also receive meals and pantry food, hospital transportation, gift cards or individualized logistical help, emotional support, caregiver activities, therapeutic recreation, outings, birthdays, and holiday programming. Lodging is free regardless of financial status, but admissions criteria, age limits, wait times, documents, and activity schedules are not public.
