Cody’s Wheels of Hope, Inc.

Cody’s Wheels of Hope provides a bicycle and helmet or an age- and ability-appropriate wheeled alternative to a child age 18 or younger with a life-threatening illness. Families use the official printable application and submit it by email or mail; the organization may verify only that the condition is life-threatening. The site and form remain live, but dated activity ends in 2020, so current fulfillment capacity, timing, geography, and inventory must be confirmed before relying on assistance.
