Families Raising Hope is a volunteer-run Arizona nonprofit that assists cancer patients of all ages, including children with B-ALL, when active treatment has created an immediate crisis involving essential living needs. Its one-time financial program can address urgent housing, utility, grocery, and treatment-transportation needs, with approved payments made to a provider or sometimes by gift card. A patient or immediate caregiver begins with the public request form, receives private forms within 24–48 hours, and has the treating office submit treatment verification directly. Effective January 1, 2026, a patient who has ever received assistance may not reapply, and all awards remain discretionary and fund-dependent. A separate online resource-request service offers tailored matching to financial, caregiver, emotional, educational, health-literacy, advocacy, and navigation resources, but its destinations and response time are not published.
