The coordinator assesses needs, builds an online Care Community, mobilizes volunteers for meals, errands, childcare, chores, transportation, and other household tasks, and communicates family-approved updates. The coordinator may also organize crowdfunding or events and help families locate and apply for outside financial, air/ground travel, lodging, respite, wish, counseling, legal, and medical resources. Families or people close to them may submit the live public help form, but exact age, residence, diagnosis timing, verification, income documents, acceptance time, waitlist, cost, and benefit limits are not fully published. Gift cards, special items, and outside aid should be treated as coordinated possibilities rather than guaranteed direct grants.
