Jadyn Fred Foundation provides Montana children from birth through age 18 with financial support for medical-travel expenses such as lodging, gas, meals, and prescriptions not covered by insurance. A parent, guardian, or family member completes the application; a doctor or social worker must provide a signed referral, diagnosis, medical notes, travel need, and dates or ongoing plan. The foundation may support one child up to four times, no more often than the anniversary of the previous application, and asks families to allow two to three weeks for processing.
