NCS HOPE Foundation
NCS HOPE Foundation assists oncology and hematology patients in active treatment in Nebraska or Council Bluffs, Iowa with housing, car, gasoline, utility, prescription or medical-supply, and grocery expenses. The patient must meet the published 2026 gross-household-income table, have a treatment regimen in place, and apply through a nurse navigator, financial advocate, social worker, or health care provider. Applications are reviewed first come, first served as funding permits, most payments go directly to vendors, and eligible patients may renew annually for up to three years or until the unpublished lifetime maximum is reached.
