Professionals Miracles Foundation

Professionals Miracles Foundation provides a flexible one-time grant, typically about $1,000, to qualifying Denver-metro families whose child from birth through age 18 has a life-threatening illness, lifelong debilitating condition, or serious injury from a tragic accident. The child must permanently live in one of eight named counties; travel to Denver for treatment does not establish eligibility. A parent, family member, friend, doctor, social worker, or other medical professional may submit the live form, but qualified clinical or navigation verification is mandatory. Reviews occur every other month and generally take about 30 days, with applications requested at least one month before a meeting. The detailed rules and live form conflict over diabetes and cystic fibrosis, so those diagnoses require direct confirmation.
