Sweet Julia Grace Foundation enrolls newborns through age 18 who are medically fragile, seriously ill, in a medical crisis, or have complex medical needs as Raindancers. Regional support includes household and travel assistance, individualized adaptive gifts, technology, all-terrain wheelchairs, aquatic therapy, family gatherings, parent and bereaved-mother peer groups, navigation, and hospital-distributed care packages and comfort items. Most Raindancer programs use a common live referral form and foundation relationship, while hospital outreach is staff-mediated and aquatic therapy is Northern Virginia-specific. General eligibility is within one hour of Bristow, Virginia or published West Virginia areas, with a nationwide exception for children diagnosed with I-cell; broader West Virginia operations conflict with the narrower enrollment wording. No program publishes comprehensive funding, frequency, documentation, capacity, or language-access rules.
