A child or young adult age 0–22 with B-ALL qualifies when the patient is in active treatment or within six months after treatment and lives in an eligible North Florida, South Georgia, Northern New Jersey, or New York City county or borough. A hospital social worker requests and submits the application, and approved support may address rent or mortgage, utilities, food and groceries, phone or cable bills, and transportation to treatment.
