After you send
If referral questions arise, email the Family Navigator or Clinical Liaison listed on the Get Support page. Complete the brief intake, attend the virtual or in-person orientation, and confirm that counseling is included in the Individualized Family Plan. If you have not heard back in two weeks, write and ask whether it arrived.
