Does a social worker or care team need to start it? Yes. Ask your child’s social worker or care team to begin the request.

Who can start: Hospital Representative, Social Worker

  1. Ask the hospital social worker or case manager to submit a written referral.
  2. At arrival, complete registration and sign that the Guest Policies Handbook was reviewed.
  3. Complete the background-check authorization for every adult guest.
  4. If no room is available, wait for the Guest Services Coordinator to contact the family when a room opens.
  5. Pay the applicable nightly room rate each Monday during the stay.
