The served hospitals include Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial, so a pediatric B-ALL family treated at either hospital can fall within the published medical scope. A hospital social worker or case manager must submit a written referral, all adult guests must pass a background check, and eligible guests may face a waiting list; current rates are $40 per night for a one-bedroom suite and $50 per night for a two-bedroom suite.
