Ohio Lions Pediatric Cancer Foundation

Ohio Lions Pediatric Cancer Foundation is a statewide charitable foundation formed in 2019 to support pediatric-cancer awareness, research, organizations serving patients, and qualifying family needs. Its currently verifiable direct family program provides $75 gas cards for Ohio families whose child, from birth through age 18, is in active treatment for any pediatric cancer. A household must attest that it is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, and assistance may reach two cards per month for up to six months based on need. The public form asks for Lions club and district-representative details but does not say whether sponsorship is mandatory or explain how to submit the completed form. The separate Santa Fund mentions individual family assistance but publishes too little benefit or access information to represent as a second offering.
