Eligible children can use diagnosis-neutral non-emergency transportation, broad under-21 EPSDT coverage, plan-based cancer chronic-disease management, and the statewide Children’s Medical Services specialty plan when its clinical and Medicaid gates are met. Managed-care and fee-for-service transportation use different vendors and troubleshooting routes, and the CMS Plan operator changes from Sunshine to Molina on October 1, 2026.
